How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, there is typically 1-2 days of processing time. If you contact us before your order is shipped we are able to cancel and refund you with no additional charge.

Product Questions

Product Care

Our apparel should be washed inside out to protect the printing with cold water and like colors only. Hang dry or tumble dry on low for best results. Care instructions are also listed on the lower inside seam on the garments themselves.

We recommend hats be washed by hand with a non abrasive soap and cold water. Alternatively, you can also use a hat protector for your washing machine.

Are these shirts pre-shrunk?

Yes, all of our shirts are pre shrunk, washed , and ready to wear.

Shipping

Our defualt carrier is the United States Postal Service and we offer free shipping on all our orders. However, if you'd like expedited shipping options you can contact us at sales@1863fc.com.

Do you ship overseas?

Unofortunately, we do not offer overseas shipping at this time. We look forward to adding this as an option in the future.
